Elegant and highly decorative Swedish floor lamp produced by Eskilstuna Elektrofabriks Aktiebolag, dating from the 1940s.

This rare Type T, Model 139 floor lamp combines warm teak with finely detailed brass elements. The tall central stem is finished with a teak section, while the round teak base is accented with brass fittings and decorative feet.

At the top, three brass arms terminate in flexible gooseneck sections, allowing each light to be positioned individually. Each lamp is also fitted with its own individual on/off switch, making it possible to use one, two or all three lights independently.

The lamp is completed by three beautiful pleated textile shades with delicate floral decoration and decorative trim. Their scalloped edges and warm translucent fabric create a particularly atmospheric light and give the lamp an elegant, almost romantic character.

A distinctive example of 1940s Swedish lighting design, combining functionality, craftsmanship and decorative detailing.
